Savory Lemon Pepper Spices

These flavors were inspired by my husband’s stomping grounds. He grew up in Newfoundland and there these flavors are cherished. Sometimes Summer Savory is hard to find. I thought this would be a nice way to honor Perry as well as make these Newfoundlander flavors more accessible to all Canadians!

Instructions

You can use this for your homemade salad dressings, and dips, I love to melt butter and bloom the spices and pour it over corn on the cob! Best of all you can add it to your turkey stuffing, in gravy for your french fries, mashed potatoes, or your Sunday dinner with roast beef. Some people like to use it with fish, as well as a steak seasoning. If using it on steak, I highly recommend adding sea salt!
