Kids Sleep Tea

A mommy came to us and requested this tea for her little 2-and-a-half-year-old. Instead of making a blend of tea, I decided that for a little one a simple tasty relaxing tea is best.

Little people need a much smaller dose than an adult. Steep for 2 to 3 min for toddlers and leave the bag in for 5 to 7 min for adults. I made this dose so that both parents and child could enjoy using only one tea bad.. little kids only need a very weak tea, please. Then steep again so that you can also have a good sleep.

Tip let cool for the little ones. Flavor with 1/4 tsp honey and a squeeze of lemon or orange wedge if desired.
