Shipping Notice

Please note due to COVID-19 there may be some delays beyond our control with your delivery. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jedrinkwaltershomesteadrecipes@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
 

Free shipping orders do not include tracking.

Local Delivery
 
Free local delivery is available in Keswick, Ontario.

Delivery is also available to Newmarket, Sharon, Sutton, & Bradford for a small fee based on distance.
 

All local delivery orders must be placed and paid for online through our website prior to delivery. Once your order is confirmed and ready for delivery, you will receive an email with instructions on when to expect your delivery.

Local delivery orders are available for delivery on Wednesdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please let us know if you will be unavailable during these hours and we will make arrangements for alternative delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location for our drivers. Please ensure that the delivery location is clearly marked and that someone will be available to receive the order.

Orders that are unable to be delivered due to an inaccessible location or a recipient who is not available will be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee will apply.

All local delivery orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our team will make every effort to deliver your order on time, but please understand that there may be unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

Our delivery team will bring your order to your doorstep and will require a signature upon delivery.

Local Pick Up
 
We are pleased to offer free local pick-up for our customers as an alternative to shipping. 
 
All local pick-up orders must be placed and paid for online through our website prior to pick-up. Once your order is confirmed and ready for pick-up, you will receive an email with instructions on when and where to pick up your order.
Local pick-up orders are available for pick-up on Wednesdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please let us know if you will be unable to pick up your order during these hours and we will make arrangements for alternative pick-up times.
 
Customers are responsible for bringing a valid government-issued ID and a copy of their order confirmation when picking up their order.
 
Orders not picked up within 14 days of being ready for pick-up will be considered abandoned and will be restocked for sale.
 
All local pick-up orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
We will make every effort to have your order ready for pick-up on time, but please understand that there may be unforeseen delays.
 
We will keep you informed of any delays and make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer International shipping outside of Canada. Please check our website regularly for any changes.
